Job description

Job Title: Graduate Future Teacher Programme

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Fallowfield

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £13.75 - £15.75 Per hour

Job Duties:

The Graduate Future Teacher Programme involves assisting experienced teachers in planning and delivering lessons, providing support to students, and participating in professional development activities. You will also be involved in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education (desirable but not essential) or related field. A desire to get into teaching in the future.

Experience:

No prior teaching experience is required, but any relevant experience working with children or in educational settings is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, good organisational skills, and a passion for education are essential. Knowledge of teaching methods and classroom management techniques is desirable.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working during school hours, Monday to Friday. You may also be required to attend training sessions outside of regular hours. The role involves working in a classroom setting with students of various age groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
