Job summary

Arcadis in the UK offers a two‑year Graduate GROW Programme for graduates transitioning to professional engineers. You will join the Flood Risk and Hydrology team, delivering flood mapping, risk assessments, reservoir studies and water environment EIA while gaining client exposure and targeted training.

The programme supports development across chosen specialisms with opportunities on UK and international projects.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home; virtual working encouraged where possible.

Responsibilities

• The Flood Risk and Hydrology team supports Arcadis across projects addressing urbanisation and climate change, delivering flood mapping, risk assessments, reservoir studies, and water environment EIA work.
• Projects range from infrastructure to renewable energy schemes and client engagements across the UK and potentially international sites.
