What you will be doing

Ensuring client files are up to date and in order

  • Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
  • Gathering data to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
  • Assisting with the drafting of reports to ensure they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
  • Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
  • Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Assist in the management of client relationships

The ideal candidate will:

  • Must have a genuine interest in financial services and preferably private clients
  • Have an academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
  • Graduate from a Russell Group university.
  • Have strong business and commercial awareness
  • Have a strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions
  • Are a strong problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
  • Are a great communicator
  • Be proactive and eager to learn
