DHL Express is seeking a Graduate Finance Process & Automation Analyst to join our Finance team in the UK. This role offers the chance to develop technical and analytical skills while delivering automation, reporting and data analysis to improve business processes that drive performance.

You’ll work with Finance, Operations and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions, dashboards and internal tools, using Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a passion for technology, data, automation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support review and improvement of existing business processes to reduce manual activity and increase efficiency.
• Assist in designing, building and maintaining automation solutions, reports, dashboards and internal tools.
• Analyze, validate and reconcile operational data to support business decision-making.
• Use Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to deliver workflow and reporting solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create clear process documentation, user guides and requirements specifications.
• Support testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of automation and reporting solutions.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting and process issues with business and technical teams.
