Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc invites applications for a Finance Graduate on its 2027 Early Careers programme, based at the Quorum Business Park Office in Newcastle. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the Internal Reporting Team and contributing to month-end processes.

You'll work as an assistant management accountant, handling journals, reconciliations and data analysis to ensure accurate monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Finance degree with a minimum 2:1 honours by start date.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ambition to build a career in finance within infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end reporting, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze data to support accurate monthly financial reporting.
