Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc invites graduates to join its 2027 Early Careers Finance programme in Aberdeen. You will gain hands-on experience across financial planning, analysis and reporting while supported by senior colleagues and a structured development path.

The programme offers exposure to major UK infrastructure projects, travel as needed, and opportunities to achieve industry accreditations. A full UK driving license is beneficial and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance with at least a 2:1 honours.
• Curiosity, proactive mindset and willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking across projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor costs, revenues and risks.
