Job summary

InHealth in Beaconsfield offers a Graduate Apprentice Finance Analyst role with hybrid working. You will learn to turn data into insights, support month-end processes, and develop analytical and technical skills across finance teams.

You'll be coached throughout the apprenticeship and work with finance and operational teams to build confidence and capability, with a pathway to a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Maths, Data or a related subject.
• Good Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables and basic modelling.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and desire to develop in Finance (ACCA or CIMA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supporting month end, reporting and forecasting activities.
• Preparing inputs for dashboards, flashes and KPI packs.
• Assisting with budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Analysing data including consolidations, trend analysis and reconciliations.
• Using Excel to build models and analysis; exposure to Power Query and Power BI.
