Graduate Finance Analyst | £24,000 - £26,000 + Study | Chorley + Hybrid | Opportunities to progress | High-calibre mentors

Axon Moore are partnering with an industry-leading business looking to recruit an ambitious Accounting and Finance Graduate or AAT studier to their best-in-class finance team where they can benefit from unrivalled exposure, exceptional mentorship and a pathway to progress.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Balance sheet reviews
2. Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts
3. BAU Regulatory Reporting
4. Implementing new controls and reviewing processes
5. Business partnering across multiple departments to assess balance sheets to determine correct reconciliation and suggest improvements
6. Conduct intensive mini-audit of balance sheets ahead of year-end audits
7. Quarterly turnover reports
8. Advise on new structure and assisting with all regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Recent Graduate of Accounting and Finance (or related subject), or studying towards AAT
2. Confident, personable and enthusiastic in nature
3. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
4. An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
5. Self-driven, ambitious and exceptional attention to detail
