Job Description

• Provide vital support in the preparation of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cash Flow Forecasting.
• Assist with monthly payroll activities.
• Involvement in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously.
• Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business.
• Continuous improvement of systems and process.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:1 degree in mathematics (achieved or expected).
• Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
• Evidence of some work experience or extracurricular activities is a plus.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
