This role is home-based in South East England, involving approximately 50% travel across Europe, typically from Monday to Thursday.

We are seeking a technically motivated and customer-focused Graduate Field Service Engineer responsible for:
- The service, installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced metrology tools at customer sites
- Providing technical support and customer training
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Your Background – Graduate Field Service Engineer, Metrology Instrumentation
To succeed, you should demonstrate:
- A Degree or Masters in life sciences, chemistry, physics, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of scientific measurement techniques, including life sciences, physics, chemistry, mass spectrometry, AFM, or spectroscopy
- Good computer literacy
- Basic electronics troubleshooting skills, e.g., using a voltmeter or oscilloscope
- The ability to learn quickly and understand complex technical topics
- Effective communication skills with external customers and internal departments
