Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven graduate to join a well-developed sales team as a Graduate Territory Sales Representative. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart a career in sales with full training, industry exposure, and a clear progression path.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of B2B sales.
  2. Develop a strong commercial understanding of how businesses manage their materials handling needs.
  3. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions.
  4. Manage your own sales territory, spending four days a week on the road meeting potential and existing customers.
  5. Work with a diverse range of clients, including Buying Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Business Owners.
  6. Benefit from structured training and ongoing mentorship to help you excel in the role.

This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll have the freedom to develop your own client base while receiving continuous support from the team. No prior sales experience is required - just a proactive mindset, great communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

What We're Looking For:
