The Role

We're looking for a Graduate Field Application Engineer to join our customer engineering team. This is an entry-level position designed for bright, ambitious graduates who want to combine hands-on technology with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

As a Graduate FAE, you'll:

  • Support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRFS systems with global customers.

  • Troubleshoot and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical bridge between clients and our R&D teams.

Structured Development Pathway

You'll benefit from a clear, structured development programme, with the flexibility to grow your career in the direction that suits you — whether that's deepening your technical expertise or moving into project leadership and management. Alongside mentorship, you'll gain broad exposure across the company and real responsibility early in your career.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
  • A willingness to travel internationally once established in the role.
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance.

Why CRFS?

  • Work on systems trusted by NATO and defense organisations worldwide.
  • Join a small, high-calibre team where your impact is visible.
  • Hybrid working, flexible hours, and opportunities to travel.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and a progression pathway shaped around you.
