Graduate Executive Search Consultant – Exceptional Earning Potential

Marketing and Communications is seeing exponential growth post-pandemic, and this is a great time to be part of that journey. You will handle a mixture of fixed-term contract and interim roles for a broad range of clients. You need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be comfortable talking to both clients and candidates. Approximately 40% of your day will be account management which will be a mixture of servicing new and existing clients as well as identifying new opportunities.

  • Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilizing internal database and networking.
  • Working on behalf of candidates and clients.
  • Negotiating new business contracts.
  • Closing business deals.

Graduate Executive Search Consultant - Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from University OR 6 months+ sales experience.
  • Passion, integrity, and ambition.
  • Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships or part-time jobs.
