The Market

Globalisation has created a need among many of the middle classes worldwide to become more mobile and have Plan B options in place in order to diversify their wealth and interests. A second residency or citizenship is a key component of that diversification. The pandemic and technical developments in the last few years have helped accelerate more nomadic lifestyles, driven more working from home, or working from anywhere in the world. There is now a growing population of entrepreneurs, digital tech workers and senior executives joining the traditional High Net Worth clients in obtaining second citizenship and residency through investment. That means they are no longer tied to their country of birth, employer location or even tax residence.

The Role

The role of Graduate Executive is an entry level role through which La Vida develops our own Senior Consultants.

With our support as one of the sectors’ top international consulting firms after a period of 2/3 years training and development you will achieve the role of Senior Consultant, advising clients worldwide on programmes and investments upwards of $150,000 to gain residency and citizenship.

During this process the successful candidate will receive support to undertake the IMC Certificate in Investment Migration requiring around 25 hours study.

La Vida sources all our own leads through our website and extensive global advertising. Unlike many companies we do not undertake cold calling or expect our employees to find their own sales. Due to the international nature of our business this role will involve occasional out of hours phone/email contact with clients and partners worldwide.

Person Specification

·Honours Degree, Top 40 University possibly Masters.

·1-2 years post-graduation experience.
