A leading construction services firm in Nottingham seeks a Graduate Estimator to prepare cost estimates and support project budgets. This role targets individuals graduating in 2026 or recent graduates with degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Candidates should possess strong numerical and analytical skills and a UK driving license. The position offers the potential for a salary up to £38k upon completion of a 2-year programme.
We're looking for a Graduate Estimator to join our Construction team based in Nottingham. Location: Nottingham - with flexibility to travel/relocate across the region. Starting date: September 2026. Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k. Starting salary: £30,000 per annum, with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility. As a Graduate Estimator, you\'ll be working within the Construction team and will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects including materials, transport, labour, and equipment. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in construction management.
We\'re looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
