In your role as a Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant your learning and development will be supported by the Academy Programme, which typically takes 12 months, where upon successful completion you will be promoted.

• Soft skills development through the Personal Effectiveness Programme

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As a Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant you should possess:

• An enthusiasm for addressing business challenges through IT technical solutions
• An understanding of the role of ERPs in a business landscape
• An interest in supply chain and logistics
• Ability to be customer-focused and a desire to be seen as a trusted advisor
• A self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of system and business analysis would be advantageous
