Your role:

We are looking for aGraduate Water Quality Consultant in our Warrington office for our Water team, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your hydrogeological expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.

The Opportunity

Stantec's market-leading Environmental Services group supports clients in the water, environmental and geotechnical sectors. We work with businesses and water companies across the UK, and occasionally internationally.

You will join over 20 people in the Environmental Water Quality team, contributing to high-quality projects and apply your knowledge and initiative to real-world challenges. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading technical experts throughout the UK and contribute to exciting projects while developing your career.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality solutions to environmental problems in the water industry. You'll learn to conceptualise, quantitatively describe and report on environmental water quality systems and processes. You will also develop skills in a wide range of core services, including environmental chemistry, wastewater collection and treatment, nature-based solutions, river and coastal modelling, climate change assessments and catchment management, all whilst leveraging your digital skills and numerical analysis abilities. Finally, you'll gain experience in project management principles, working within budget and scope, and liaising with other professional sub-contractors.

About you
