Overview

Shorterm Group are looking for a Graduate Environmental Scientist to join a busy construction company.

The role will initially be based in Kent but will be expected to travel with the site team and stay away for projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse environmental data from the client’s operations by downloading, analysing and compiling reports.
• Maintain and calibrate environmental data equipment; liaise with suppliers and oversee logistics.
• Understand and implement legal and environmental standards as a core aspect of the role.
• Full training such as CSCS will be provided.
• Work with a small team travelling to different projects and assist with admin tasks.

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Basic IT skills and working knowledge of Excel and Word including tables and graphs.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Salary and Benefits

The client offers 20–25k per annum depending on experience with a company van, phone and laptop. When staying away accommodation is provided with a daily food and drink allowance.
