East Ayrshire Council is looking for a motivated individual to join their Environmental Health Service on a full-time, temporary basis. Job Description

Contribute to the development, implementation, enforcement, promotion, and delivery of an efficient and effective Environmental Health Service to support the Council’s key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.

The Individual

This is a temporary full-time position based at Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, until 30 April 2026. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. The annual salary ranges from £33,124 to £35,927.
