Job summary

Adler & Allan Ltd is seeking a Graduate Environmental Consultant to join our East of England team. The role involves fieldwork, monitoring, and sampling, with supervision from senior colleagues to develop technical and project management skills.

You will contribute to environmental consultancy projects, perform data collection and admin tasks, and support safety and quality standards while travelling as required within the company footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree in earth sciences or geo-environmental field.
• Training will be provided; field data collection experience is advantageous but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required; willingness to travel within the company's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking field works including recording measurements, monitoring, and collecting soil, water and air samples.
• Supporting senior colleagues in delivering Environmental Consultancy projects.
• Providing accurate information to line management and completing admin tasks.
• Sharing knowledge and best practices to support team performance.
• Preparing and scheduling samples for laboratory analysis and liaising with the lab.
• Ensuring field equipment is maintained and calibrated.
