Job summary

Adler & Allan Ltd in East Anglia seeks a Senior Environmental Consultant to provide risk-reduction services and technical expertise. You will conduct contaminant land investigations, assessments, reporting and cradle-to-grave management of environmental insurance claims in a hybrid role across home, site, and Risby office.

Requires degree in earth sciences or geo-environmental discipline; MSc is beneficial. Travel within the company footprint and DBS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant earth sciences or geo-environmental discipline.
• An MSc in a relevant subject is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience managing environmental incidents and site investigations.
• Knowledge of remediation technologies and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project management of environmental claims.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and homeowners.
• Undertake site investigations to assess environmental risks.
• Prepare health, safety and environmental documentation and reports.
• Plan and manage field investigations, monitoring, remediation and validation work.
• Produce interpretive reports including CSMs, PRA and GQRA.
• Support design and verification of remediation works.
• Assist in business development as a technical advisor.
