We’re working with secondary schools across the region to find passionate, people-focused individuals ready to support students aged 11–16 in the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
Helping them build confidence, re-engage with learning, and make progress
Working alongside teachers to keep lessons running smoothly
Encouraging positive behaviour and routines
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
Brilliant people skills and a warm, calm approach
A passion for helping students find their feet again post-pandemic
Great reliability and timekeeping
Experience working with young people (even if it’s not in a school)—think youth work, coaching, care, tutoring, or volunteering

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
