Role

As a Graduate Enterprise IT Engineer, you will be integral to the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our internal IT systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise setting while contributing to our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and implement robust IT solutions that meet the needs of internal colleagues. This includes network design, server setup, and software installation/configuration.

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to ensure the smooth operation of our enterprise IT environment. Use your analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, processes, and procedures. This includes creating user manuals, system architecture diagrams, and step-by-step troubleshooting guides.

  • Training and Support: Provide technical support to internal colleagues, training them on new IT tools or updates as necessary. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
