Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking graduates to join our Operations team from our Camberley regional office. You will work on UK projects, sharing hands-on responsibilities on site, logging core, monitoring activities, and supporting day-to-day operational control to meet safety, quality, and programme targets.

Candidates should have grounding in ground conditions and drilling, plus site investigation processes, and be prepared for travel across the UK.

Qualifications

The Role

Following a period of growth, and to strengthen our existing teams, we are looking for proactive, motivated and enthusiastic Graduates to join our Operations team, based from our Regional Office in Camberley, delivering work to clients throughout the UK.

No 2 days will be the same!

We are looking for candidates that are happy to be out on site being part of the project delivery teams, rolling your sleeves up and getting involved with logging core, monitoring and supporting the day to day operational control of contracts within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.

You will maintain commercial awareness ensuring the success of our work in delivering for our Clients and the business.

You will have great communication skills both orally and written, to support good client relations.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for qualified candidates with an understanding of ground conditions, Drilling and Site Investigation works.

Candidates should have a good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, with great communication skills both orally and written.

Candidates must be customer‑service focused and have a professional approach, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and members of the regional team.

Full UK Driving License Required.

Previous work experience within the construction Industry is desirable.

Experience of living and working away from home would be an advantage.

Must be willing to learn and be flexible in terms of work and location.

For Health & Safety reasons and site requirements, applicants must be aged 18 years or above.

The job will involve frequent travel to sites throughout the UK, and will involve working away from home, as such, applicants must be flexible in terms of work and location
