Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for renewable energy and enthusiasm for R&D.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at Keele or Glasgow.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and design of components used in Electrical Drivetrain systems.
• Design of solutions for controlling wind turbine Electrical Drivetrain and generator/grid control.
• Research into new technologies and validation of components in lab or wind turbines.
• Creation of system models and simulations; software design, implementation and testing.

Education

Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or Computer Science degree
