NatWest's Software and Data Engineering graduate programme integrates you into Digital X or Customer Operations, where you'll contribute to innovative banking solutions, AI‑driven experiences, and modern platforms. The 12‑month journey combines a three‑month bootcamp with nine months on live projects, plus hands‑on exposure to Agile practices and modern tools.

Successful candidates progress to a permanent Engineering role.

Qualifications

• To join, you must have or be on track for a 2:1 in a STEM subject.
• Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems.
• Curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and new technologies, including AI.
• Confidence with data, statistics and experimentation for evidence-based decisions.
• Flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity and continuous learning in tech.
• Drive to learn, grow and make a real impact.
