Graduate Engineer
We're looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems. You will join our NRNN & Transportation teams and assist our water team on a high profile project in the Oxfordshire area. Locations: Oxfordshire

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Starting date: September 2026

Responsibilities

What you will beresponsible for?

As a Graduate Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, assisting the team on Instrumentation, Control & Automation engineering systems

Day-to-day duties
  • Implement control strategies that optimize water treatment processes and ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, risk assessments, and operation manuals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant water sector regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
  • Review of ICA related installation and commissioning works on site, ensuring compliance with quality and asset standards
