Simulation Solutions Ltd. in Stockport is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and build of inspection and simulation machines.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Stockport with national and international travel. Key responsibilities include technical support, system management, documentation, customer engagement, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across design and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a service engineering role is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of electrical or electronic systems.
• Soft skills include problem solving, communication, customer service, leadership, teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• System Management: monitor performance, conduct audits, ensure reliability.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain service activity records and configurations.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships and explain product functionality.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure activities meet policies and regulations.
• Collaboration: work with design and product development to implement improvements.
