Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is seeking graduates to join a live, UK-wide project team from day one, with a clear route to chartership and a focus on developing breadth across projects and specialisms. You’ll rotate through projects, contributing from day one and working towards becoming a chartered professional in Civil engineering.

The program emphasises support, collaboration, and a culture committed to excellence, sustainability, and delivering Britain's future heritage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or a related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

• A clear route to chartership with ICE or RICS. You get 4 dedicated days a year for professional development.
• Your own cohort of fellow graduates to learn alongside and support each other.
