Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. is looking for graduates to join a two-year Emerging Talent program. You will be part of live project teams across the UK, gaining hands-on experience on high-profile buildings and infrastructure.

You’ll rotate across projects and specialisms, while working toward chartership with ICE or RICS and benefiting from dedicated professional development days. You will join a cohort of graduates, undertake a structured journey including conferences, simulations, and leadership

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject, due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsabilidades
