Teledyne Microwave UK is looking for graduates with enthusiasm for Science, Engineering, and problem solving. These skills will enable you to participate in the design, development, and manufacturing support for custom products, applying technical theory, practical methods, and underpinning knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Design of electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team
2. Documentation and presentation of designs
3. Transfer of products from Engineering to Production
4. Production documentation and technical reports
5. Maintaining high standards of product documentation and design logbooks, including preparation for design reviews
6. Contributing to design and project reviews and liaising with other departments
7. Compiling regular progress and technical reports, both verbal and written
8. Participating in daily stand-up meetings
9. Communicating verbally and through presentations to peers, managers, and junior staff
10. Fostering and maintaining good customer and supplier relations
11. Providing production support and fault-finding
12. Training Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians
13. Planning, implementing, and coordinating activities against management objectives
14. Meeting project timescales
15. Assisting with customer returns
16. Performing other duties as directed by management
17. Identifying continuous improvements in product design, processes, yield, and performance margins

What we're looking for in you:

• Degree/MSc in Engineering Disciplines: Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, RF Engineering, or Systems Engineering
• Understanding of Electronic Design/Manufacturing processes
• Modules on RF Engineering are a plus but not essential
