Overview

Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You\'ll receive expert training from Veolia\'s People Development team through monthly sessions at our Kingswood (Cannock) office (travel required), giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career. Responsibilities
  • Deliver CAD models for Decarbonisation projects and assist with the BIM integration of the business
  • Attend site visits to perform scanning activities and help develop in-house digital solutions and practices
  • Support the development of energy generation and distribution solutions that meet our customer requirements for sustainability, resilience and innovation
  • Act as technical support in servicing existing operational contracts, as well as developing new proposals and business development opportunities
  • Help the team to identify and manage project risks, including appropriate escalation
  • Support the preparation of project briefs and production of proposals for construction works
  • Ensure effective and regular reporting of progress to stakeholders, including escalation of issues
  • Identify costs, energy and carbon savings opportunities through data analysis, desktop surveys and site audits
  • Use and further develop technical and commercial models of energy schemes to support energy project development
  • Contribute to the development of innovative technology and services offers
Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification in Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Building services discipline (to be achieved by September 2026)
  • CAD Skills: Prefer Autodesk suite
  • Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially relocate for role requirements
