Location: Midlands, UK | Full-time | Graduate/Entry Level
Competitive Salary + Support Towards Chartership
Start your engineering journey on high-profile construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.
Join a site-focused civil engineering team with a strong track record in delivering complex builds. From day one, you’ll play an active role on live construction sites—developing your technical skills, solving real-world challenges, and gaining invaluable exposure to both temporary and permanent works.
We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable graduate who’s eager to grow into a confident, site-aware civil engineer, ready to contribute to major project delivery from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across large-scale construction projects.
- Assist with the preparation of AutoCAD drawings, technical reports, specifications, and calculations.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure design intent is translated into practical, buildable solutions.
- Carry out site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support efficient project execution.
- Help identify and plan temporary works requirements in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Maintain clear project documentation and manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
- Work towards ICE chartership with structured mentoring and professional development support.
What We’re Looking For:
- BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).
- Strong interest in construction and site-based engineering.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Understanding of construction materials and basic structural principles.
- Awareness of CDM 2015 and temporary works (training provided).
- Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel to and work from site locations as required.
- Full UK driving licence (but not essential).
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Exposure to design tools such as Revit, Tedds, or other structural analysis software.
- CSCS card or knowledge of site safety practices.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a team delivering real-world impact across major UK construction projects.
- Receive ongoing technical training and support towards ICE chartership.
- Gain meaningful site experience—not just office-based tasks.
- Work in a collaborative, practical engineering environment where your input makes a difference.
