Job summary

TEAM Energy is seeking a Graduate Energy Consultant to join our hybrid team and support energy assessments, carbon reporting, data analysis, site surveys, and client-facing consultancy.

You will develop technical capability through structured learning and mentoring, with opportunities to work towards accreditations in carbon reporting, energy management, and Display Energy Certificates.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a technical/analytical/environmental/engineering/building services or sustainability-related subject, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in carbon reporting, energy management, data analysis, or sustainability.
• Ability to work accurately with data, follow defined processes, and produce clear outputs.
• Good Excel and reporting skills, with willingness to develop advanced capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyse energy and carbon data to support customer projects.
• Support carbon reporting services (GHG, SECR, etc.) and target-setting data.
• Undertake energy analyses and site-survey support to deliver orders on time.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards, and recommendations for review.
