Job summary

Novanta in Stockport invites recent graduates in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines to join its 24-month Graduate Engineering Scheme. • Gain exposure to ECNs, validation activities and manufacturing systems.
• Travel internationally for specialist product training.

Are you graduating in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline and looking for a role where you can apply your knowledge from day one?

The Novanta Bee Graduate Scheme is a structured two-year programme designed to develop future Electronics Engineers within our world-leading CO₂ laser business. You'll gain hands‑on experience across manufacturing, testing, process improvement, quality, and engineering while working on technology used in medical, industrial and automation applications.

What you will do:

Over 24 months, you will progress from learning our products and manufacturing processes to leading engineering projects and solving complex technical challenges.
