Our 12-month Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to be part of the next generation of our business. As a Graduate, you will join us on £32,000 with a welcome bonus and may receive a generous Temporary Accommodation Allowance if you move more than 40 miles from home for the role.

What You Will Do:

You will gain experience in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, research, and testing.

Opportunities include involvement in Electronics Hardware disciplines such as RF, Microwave, Antenna, FPGA, high-speed digital engineering, EMC, and Power Supply Engineering.

Understanding the product domain involves liaising with engineers from other disciplines like Systems, Software, and Mechanical, and may include interfacing with customers and end users.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Develop practical skills in advanced aerospace hardware design, understanding key technologies, and using ECAD tools and test equipment. Explore various aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, hardware design, implementation, testing, and support.

Training will be provided through hands-on experience on real hardware projects and formal courses aligned with business needs and your career path.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an upper Second class Bachelor's/Integrated Masters degree or higher (e.g., MSc, PhD) in engineering, mathematics, physics, or relevant STEM fields.
