Graduate Electronics Design Engineer – Cambridge

Are you an ambitious graduate with a passion for electronics design? Join our dynamic consultancy, where you'll develop cutting-edge hardware products and work with a diverse range of technologies, including FPGAs and embedded processors integrated directly on customer circuit boards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement FPGA solutions (using VHDL and/or Verilog).
  • Work with embedded processors to deliver reliable hardware solutions.
  • Interpret and analyse schematics for effective design and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to PCB and circuit design projects.
  • Debug and optimize digital circuits to ensure high performance.
  • Write and debug code in both high-level and low-level programming languages.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding academic achievements, ideally in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and approach challenges laterally.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Practical knowledge or experience in some of the following areas:
    • FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog)
    • Embedded processors
    • Schematic analysis
    • PCB design
    • Digital circuit debugging
