Responsibilities:

• Design electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team
• Document and present designs
• Transfer products from Engineering to Production
• Prepare production documentation and technical reports
• Maintain high standards of product documentation and design logbooks, including design reviews
• Participate in design and project reviews and liaise with other departments
• Compile progress and technical reports, both verbal and written
• Attend daily stand-up meetings
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and junior staff using presentations
• Maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
• Provide production support and fault-finding
• Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians
• Plan, implement, and coordinate activities according to management objectives
• Meet project deadlines
• Assist with customer returns
• Perform other duties as directed by management
• Identify continuous improvements in product design, processes, yield, and performance
