About the Company

Responsibilities

1. Design of electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team.
2. Documentation and presentation of designs.
3. Transfer of products from Engineering to Production.
4. Preparation of production documentation and technical reports.
5. Maintain high standards of product documentation and design logbooks, including preparation for design reviews.
6. Participate in design and project reviews; liaise with other departments.
7. Compile regular progress and technical reports, verbal and written.
8. Contribute to daily stand-up meetings.
9. Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and junior staff through verbal and presentation formats.
10. Maintain good customer and supplier relations.
11. Provide production support and fault-finding.
12. Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians.
13. Plan, implement, and coordinate activities aligned with management objectives.
14. Meet project timescales.
15. Assist with customer returns.
16. Perform other duties as directed by management.
17. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product design, processes, yield, and performance margins.
