Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Service Engineer (Electrical) in Leicester. The role offers a days-based schedule, in-house training and clear routes to progression into leadership roles within 2 years. You will service, monitor and repair water utility equipment and receive an electric van for local travel, paid door to door.

The position includes progression opportunities, training, and door-to-door pay with overtime options and a 25-day holiday package.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with an in-house training path
• Interest in servicing and maintenance of electrical equipment

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing and monitoring water utility equipment
• Full training provided in-house with external courses
• Covering a local patch within a 1-hour radius, paid door to door
• Overtime optional at 1.5x rate; Sundays at 2x rate
• Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
