Grayce is seeking a Graduate Electrical Project Engineer for their Rochester on-site program. You'll develop technical and delivery skills, working on grid metering and data acquisition projects for a major UK client, with hands-on responsibilities from day one.

The Accelerated Development Programme offers on-the-job training, mentoring, and the chance to complete six industry-recognised accreditations, with a clear path for progression and increasing salary as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project planning, documentation and reporting
• Supporting technical teams across design, testing and installation activities
• Monitoring progress against scope, budget and timelines
• Helping identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensuring safety, compliance and engineering standards are consistently met
• Taking part in on-site work, including installation and commissioning activities
