Job summary

VINCI in Bellshill is seeking a project support professional to assist the Electrical Contracts Manager with planning and coordination of electrical site works. You will work closely with the supply chain, project managers and site teams to maintain documentation and schedules.

The role encompasses RAMS updates, materials logistics, workforce planning and record keeping, plus supporting training and safety compliance with the SHEQ team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• No prior industry experience required, but interest in electrical contracting or construction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager in planning and coordination of ongoing electrical projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress trackers.
• Support site electricians by preparing documentation and organising resources.
• Develop and update RAMS in line with standards.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, tools and equipment to site.
• Prepare reports and project documentation for internal and client use.
