Job summary

OCU is offering a two-year Graduate Programme in electrical engineering, designed to develop and deliver innovative solutions across infrastructure and energy projects in the UK.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary team across office and site environments, gaining hands-on experience from concepts through to handover, with mentoring from experienced engineers and exposure to design calculations, reviews, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a 2:2 or higher.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial.
• Experience or interest in electrical systems, power distribution, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across OCU's infrastructure, utility and energy projects.
• Assist with electrical design calculations and equipment selection.
• Review designs, support project delivery and site activities, ensuring work aligns with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with office and site teams to deliver safe, efficient and compliant solutions.
