Job summary

Ross-Shire Engineering Limited in Stirling invites applications for its RSE Graduate Programme Intake 2027. The 24‑month programme blends hands-on experience with expert mentorship and tailored development to build the skills, knowledge and confidence for a career in the water sector.

You will join as a Graduate Electrical Engineer with opportunities across design and delivery, supported by a structured plan, salary reviews, and potential progression to a permanent role on successful completion.

Qualifications

  • You will have graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Our 24-month graduate programme combines hands‑on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive. Our Programme Tracker helps you build your experience, track your progress and take ownership of your journey.
