Ross-Shire Engineering Limited is launching its Graduate Programme with a 24-month development track. You will gain hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to thrive in the water sector.

The programme includes progress tracking, salary reviews and a clear path to a permanent role within RSE, with opportunities across design and delivery teams.

Formación

• Graduated or on track to graduate in the next summer in a relevant degree.
• Excellent ICT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in an energetic and reactive team environment and think creatively.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

What Are We Looking For?

RSE is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our team, with opportunities available across both areas of design and delivery.

• You will have graduated with a Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Controls & Automation or Robotics degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box
• Full UK Driving Licence.
