Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. As an engineer joining GROW, you will have the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering, with the assurance of obtaining the appropriate experiences to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis involves applying a human perspective to your technical expertise, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During our three-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable in UK and international projects across various sectors.
Our inclusive and diverse Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation team works on a broad spectrum of UK and international projects and industrial sectors. This offers variation in work, experience, and challenges within Water, Energy, Rail, Highways, or Building Services, involving design of electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, industrial control, and automation. All work emphasizes sustainability, focusing on energy-efficient electrical systems, renewable energy systems, and their integration.
