Graduate Electrical Design Engineer – The Role:

  • End to end involvement in design projects from costing to commissioning
  • The design of instrumentation and control systems
  • Identification and selection of electrical equipment
  • Solving electrical design challenges
  • Hands on system testing and debugging
  • Working on multiple projects both independently and as part of a team
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external service providers

Graduate Electrical Design Engineer – The Person:

  • A keen interest in electrical design, machinery safety, instrumentation and control
  • Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Controls Engineering or similar.
  • Organized, methodical, and confident working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Be highly motivated to learn and keen apply their knowledge to new areas
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
  • Interest in software development

Located on the Derbyshire border, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Ripley and Loughborough.
