Location & Hours

Brighton/Home Hybrid Working, with occasional site visits in the Southeast.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week. We offer a flexible working policy.

Job Overview

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary team focused on creating innovative and sustainable water and wastewater solutions. Your role involves developing designs for water recycling plants and other facilities, evaluating new technologies, and helping shape the water industry’s future.

We aim to develop you into a technical and national expert, contributing to setting standards in the industry.

About You

Qualifications:

• MSc/MEng in electrical and electronic engineering or equivalent.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and manage complex challenges.

• Full driving license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sustainable and environmentally friendly designs.
• Provide guidance on design calculations and specifications.
• Challenge and improve existing practices.
