Qualifications

• A recent graduate with an interest in education, child psychology, or SEN.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player.
• Desire to train as a teacher, educational psychologist, or therapist.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions.
• Supporting children with additional learning needs and SEN.
• Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs to monitor pupil progress.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment across Slough schools.
