Job summary

THG Ingenuity Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join the Ecommerce & Marketing team in Manchester.

You will own day-to-day DTC ecommerce delivery across client accounts, including on-site execution, performance analysis, email campaigns and ticket management. This fast-paced role requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and the ability to work across THG Ingenuity’s tech stack and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-literate and analytically confident with GA4 experience.
• Excellent communicator with proven client or stakeholder management.
• Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships is desirable.
• Comfortable working across trading (site performance, promotions, conversion) and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DTC ecommerce performance including traffic, conversion and revenue; build regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Execute on-site changes across THG Ingenuity’s ecommerce platform and Shopify; manage asset optimization and content updates.
• Build, test and schedule email campaigns within THG Personify; ensure QA across devices; support segmentation and CRM reporting.
• Provide first-line support for self-serve client tickets; triage, respond and resolve per SLAs; escalate complex issues as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join our Ecommerce & Marketing team. You will play a central role in the day-to-day operational delivery of DTC ecommerce activity across a portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of on-site execution, performance analysis, email campaign delivery, and client ticket management.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our ecommerce operations. You will need strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail, and the confidence to work across multiple platforms - including THG Ingenuity’s proprietary tech stack, and our CRM tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Performance & Data Analysis

• Monitor and analyse DTC ecommerce performance including traffic, conversion funnels, revenue, and AOV
• Build and maintain regular performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights
• Conduct on-site analysis to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate
• Support A/B testing initiatives and document findings

On-Site Management — THG Ingenuity & Shopify

• Execute on-site changes across THG Ingenuity’s ecommerce platform and Shopify, including product uploads, content edits, promotional mechanics, and navigation updates
• Manage asset optimisations such as updating banner messaging, imagery, and promotional content
• Maintain site accuracy and consistency across all product, category, and landing pages
• Follow QA processes to ensure all changes are tested and signed off before going live
• Support the delivery of campaign and site takeover activity in line with the trading calendar

CRM & Email Delivery — THG Personify

• Build, test, and schedule email campaigns within THG Personify in line with the CRM calendar
• Ensure all emails are accurately built, QA’d across devices and clients, and correctly segmented prior to deployment
• Support list management, audience segmentation, and CRM performance reporting
• Identify and flag performance trends and anomalies to the wider team

Client Ticket Management

• Act as first-line management for self-serve client tickets related to ecommerce operations
• Triage, respond to, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members where required
• Maintain clear records of ticket activity and resolutions

What We’re Looking For
